Great replacement for wooden skewers
No more pre-soaking wooden skewers ... no more splinters ... no more hard charred bits breaking off in the food. The rectangular shape of the skewers keep food from rotating, and fit perfectly in the tines of a fork for food removal. These skewers are light weight and easy to handle. My first use was for Thai coconut chicken skewers (with coconut rice and peanut sauce). Next up, lamb skewers or maybe kababs. The hooked ends can get snagged on the grill when you're rotating or removing them from heat. Just keep that in mind if you are raising the skewer more from the front. Not a huge deal, though.

Works well
These kebab skewers were exactly what I needed for grilling season. Theyโre sturdy, easy to clean, and the perfect length for the grill. I used them for chicken and veggie kebabs and everything stayed in place without spinning around when I flipped them. The pointed ends make threading ingredients super easy, and they feel much more durable than the cheap disposable ones. Definitely a great buy if you like grilling at home.

Perfect metal skewers
Very sharp! Thank god they have a cover cause I definitely stabbed myself no less than 7 times! Can penetrate any protein and veggy you throw at it. Great on the grill and we're a little warm but not burning hot. Was very happy with them all.

Very Flexible - Not Necessarily a Good Thing
These are just "OK" - they're more like an extra flimsy oil dip stick from a car than the non-flexible Skewers I was expecting.

Garbage, they should be kicked off Amazon
Absolutely garbage! It's just regular steel and it's as thick as the oil dip stick on your car. They must have scored a bunch of oil dip sticks and refurbished them. Return was so complicated I just threw them in the garbage. I got 4 pages for the return. Suppose to fill 2 of them out?
