I love this little winch! I mounted it to a frame in my truck bed. Works everytime. Love the remote.

I installed this on a 2024 polaris sportsman 450 EPS and have already needed to use it after I tiped my quad and hurt my leg. Worked perfect and with ease. Was also very easy to install with the Sportsman mounting plate (not the one included with this winch).

I wasn’t able to get the remote working initially but the response I received from the seller was instant and very helpful! Everything works great now!!!!

I have not installed this winch, but I really like how it looks. Due to health reasons, it will be a week or so before I can install it. But I give it 5 stars except for ease of installation. The bag of hardware (Nuts and bolts) had split open, and several bolts, nut and washers were scattered inside the box. In checking the parts, I determined that a couple of bolts, washers, and nuts were missing. As there was no listing of how many hardware pieces that were supposed to be in the package, I reduced my evaluation by 1 star. Once I complete installation and loading check, I will come back and re-evaluate my review. I am really disappointed that I was not able to speak with CSR or at least leave a message. UPDATE: After attempting to contact the X-Bull company customer service department for 2 and 1/2 hours, I have decided to return the winch to Amazon. The hours for their CS dept start at 0730-500. It appears that the Customer Service department has a lot to learn. I got a message to leave a message then received a message that said the mailbox was full. After about 30 minutes, I called again. This time I got a message that no one answered, and my call was being disconnected. 2nd update. I received a reply from the sales department (NO NAME) that advised that I could contact them and purchase the missing hardware. I answered them by saying Thank you for your reply. The ideal that a customer is expected to purchase missing hardware when it should be included is crazy. It would appear that their customer service department isn't concerned about after sales service. As a result, I have re-evaluated their service and deducted another star. At least they did reply to my emails. This evaluation is based upon my personal experiences with this company and only reflects my opinion of their customer service department or the lack of satisfactory customer service. Amazon provided excellent service.

I got this for my rhino installed it witch took some extra drilling , not a big deal , now just a couple months later on a garage kept Mach , seems insides are really slow like it binds up in spots , the release button on the side is totally froze up , definitely not what I expected , , oh and the winch rope is made out of something you’d put on a kids toy to pull the little wagon around , mine broke within only a couple uses and not even pulling the Mach up a hill or anything hard , just putting it around a tree and pulling my 934lb Mach across a level surface maybe someone else had better luck , but mine is a piece of crap .

The wiring harness in thin and cheaply made. The handlebar mount control did not and still does not work. The remote does however. Just go to harbor freight better chance of a functional product.

The synthetic line melted with use. Did not stand up to the friction. Winch pulls well. Easy in and out with it disengaged. Winch good, line not so much. Remote is awesome. Install is easy enough.

5 stars, but there were a couple of problems with the fit for my ATV (2002 Arctic Cat). The bolt holes almost matched the old winch but not quite. I ended up using the old mounting plate because the new one caused the winch motor to hit the radiator bracket. The winch motor is very smooth and quiet. The synthetic line appears to bevery well made with out any snags on it. Other than the bolt holes there isn't any thimg not to like.
