Hi. do these fold over page or do the tabs stick on one side only. also can they be peaked off from thin paper like bibles? thanks

They don’t fold over the page they stick to one side, they do peel off my cookery book pages but wouldn’t know about how this would be on really thin fragile paper.

What kind of material are these made out of? Are they more plastic-y or more paper-y?

They are more like smooth plastic tab. So they don’t just flop when you use them. They are very strong, but also very easy to peel off page again if in wrong place without tearing. I wouldn’t use anything else and have bought them many times for different projects. Highly recommend.

Will these leave residue on a Rocketbook?

No. I use them on my rocket book and it's fine
