Best flavors ever! The lime one is my most favorite one tho. Sugar free! Also contains apple cider vinegar. It mixes well in my water bottle. I don’t ever want to run out of this stuff. Keeps me hydrated.

I had been really sick and became very dehydrated. Right after that I started doing intermittent fasting and keto. I’m a server and sometimes it gets extremely hot at work and I sweat a lot. I got debilitating side cramps at work and was in agony; despite drinking water constantly during my shift. I knew I had to find a way to hydrate or I’d end up in the hospital. I decided to try these. Now I will admit that the taste was extremely rough at first. But then I started putting them in 20 oz of seltzer water. The bubbles helped the taste tremendously. After a few days the taste grew on me and I actually look forward to breaking my fast each day with one of these. The lime is my favorite and the watermelon cucumber is my second choice. I don’t care for the blue raspberry lemonade, but adding extra seltzer helps with the taste. I find the price to be way too high, but it is what is is. It’s better than dealing with Charlie horses in my side.

just ordered these for the first time off a recommendation from a friend. I like all of the flavors in the variety pack. They are a bit sweet however and I use about twice as much water as recommended.

I personally didn’t like the taste. Too sweet for me. Although it was recommended to me from a friend that did like the taste.

Extremely disappointed in the deceptive advertising about the ingredients of this product. The website and all the legible labels state the product has ACV, electrolytes and citric acid, plus blue spirulina or beetroot powder for coloring. All of that sounds great. BUT…once you buy the product and taste it, something is SERIOUSLY OFF. Looked on the back of the bag and finally got the full ingredient list, which also includes: (1) rebaudioside A, which is an artificial extract from stevia leaf (taste awful!), but even more offensive, (2) fumaric acid (a preservative), (3) silica (an anti caking agent which can cause lung damage if inhaled) and (4) malic acid (food additive to “regulate acidity.”). This product is ultraprocessed, filled with garbage, and they don’t even tell you that until you get the bag of it after purchase. Absolutely unbelievable. Do not buy. I haven’t been duped by a company’s false marketing in a while, but this product totally got me.

So about a month ago my sister gave me a hydration pack so I don't dehydrate since I began running again a few months back. It's hotter than usual in Cali so I decided to try it. My wife complained that it was too much sugar so I began researching better options. I found this product and tried it on our hikes, gym, and on my runs before and after. I have seen a difference in not only the hydration part but also not feeling loopy after hard workouts or our longer hikes. The flavors are good and I would recommend this product to anyone. It's safe and hits all the requirements. I would recommend this over Gatorade as it has no sugar but still has a good taste.

No sugar - taste great - bought more for the whole shop. My cost a bit more but worth it.
