The refurbished program from Amazon is wonderful. This is the third device I’ve purchased through it and I haven’t been disappointed once. The screen on this computer is clear, keyboard works wonderfully and the battery life is top notch. Perfect for school work, “light” gaming (my kiddo uses it for Roblox) but would not be great for anything more involved.

This was a waste of money. Even the small amount I paid for it. The screen is not very bright. It's not even bright enough to see the keyboard. To type anything at all, one needs to use this Chromebook in light, whether it be bright sunlight or a bright lamp. I'm unable to use this for work. Don't waste your money. Since I wrote this a couple of days ago, I have contacted Amazon. They in turn, contacted the seller. I did not expect the prompt, apologetic response I received. I was immediately contacted by the seller to let me know there was a replacement on it's way. I have much praise for this company and would not hesitate to deal with them if need be.

This Chromebook is absolutely functional. I love the 11 inch size of the laptop. One problem I have is that the battery heats up when the device is on my lap. I solved this issue by placing the Chromebook on a Tray table (desk) and because there are rubber feet on the bottom there is enough air flow to keep the battery cool. This is an issue with the make of the device, the only issue I've had with the renewed factor was they sent a charger that did not work with the laptop. the company was friendly and respectful and gave me enough of a refund to purchase a new charger. I started this review by stating this laptop is functional and not exceptional. the display is good not great, the speakers work well not great, and the "lap" top cant sit on your lap to long because of the battery heating up. But i gave it four stars because you can't beat the price on a Chromebook good till 2029, and the durability of this specific model is supposed to be good because it is made for students who are known to be rough on laptops. Also I have had no issues with speed of web browsing or file downloads. I connected it to my Wifi and after a semi brief set of updates i was ready to go. after playing with it for a day or so i have determined that this little Chromebook will serve me well for the next few years until i can afford to purchase a better laptop.

This is such a great little chromebook! It has a long battery life, its great value for the money, it seems to be very durable, and for it to be so small, the screen is very bright.

This Chromebook unit was refurbished. Paid $99. There is a vinyl sheet glued to the top so I suspect the top was scratched or badly worn. The edge of the sheet is peeling. The unit did not come with a charging cord so I called Amazon and they shipped a power cord a few days later. This unit has two USB ports and one HDMI port. Also has a port for a micro disc. The key pad has a mouse touch pad but I use one USB port for a wireless mouse, The unit is working properly. Chromebooks offer a good option for school work and new users to computers. The 11.5 screen is adequate and the operating system if fine for web browsing . There are several system applications and more can be downloaded from Google Play, much like an Android phone. The Docs app can be used to write letters, The Sheets app is for spreadsheets. Also has a camera for virtual meetings. Not a good unit for gamers. Similar to using your smartphone. Connect to internet using Bluetooth or tether to your phone.

Our 6th grader needed a no frills "laptop" for her assignments at her new private school. They had school-issued ones in public school, but we need to buy one for private school (no prob). I read a few reviews for restored laptops on WMart dot com. They were mostly bad reviews about prpducts that arrived filthy, broken, scratched up, & in terrible shape. So, I decided to come to trusty ol AMZN to see what they had to offer on the "renewed/restored" list. I found this one & took a chance, since I could just get a refund if it arrived in terrible shape. I am so impressed!!!!!! We pulled this right out the box, plugged it up (charger included) and set it up. Clean, no scratches, in excellent (like new) condition. It is not touchscreen, which I knew, but this will do perfectly for my daughter. Full transparency, between 2020-2023 when she was doing digital learning at home due to the original COVID shutdown, she broke about 5 tablets/Chromebooks. She is rough on devices, so I was not thrilled about spending a lot on this school supply. So happy we found this listing. At this price point (under sixty bucks) I'm back today to buy 2 more (one for my 6 year old who wants "his own computer" & a backup for our rough 6th grader). Christmas is in the bag!

Excelente Laptop para funciones básicas, me gustó un buen, diseño bonito y batería de buena duración, en relación a la paquetería office no deja instalar los sofware, sin embargo se puede ocupar la paquetería office 360 y funciona muy bien, todos los archivos son bajo la nube. Solo si sabes trabajar asi, te funciona muy bien, altamente recomendable

Excelente computadora

La verdad por el precio no esperaba mucho, sin embargo me sorprendí al verla, trae su cargador original, es muy rápida y le dura mucho la pila. Estoy feliz con mi compra

Funciona bien pero la estética deja algo que desear, aunque por el precio no puedes esperar mucho.
