Eases leg cramps almost immediately.
If you have leg cramps, you need this.If I've been sweating a lot or sitting for long periods, I get night time leg cramps. A couple of these before bed, and I don't have them. Or, if one wakes me, pop a couple in my mouth (they dissolve immediately with very little taste at all) and the cramp eases almost as quickly as they dissolve.

Great Cramp Relief
These cramp pills are the best. My husband has screaming pain in the upper thigh cramps. He has used these since they stopped the quinine ones. They work fast and give him relief by the time I search for the heating pad and get it warmed up he is pretty much getting relief from the pills. We won't be without them and take them with us on travel when exercise creates trouble for him. No side effects that we have seen in all the years he has taken them.

Pain relief from leg spasms.
I was surprised how effective and quick this worked. I had back surgery and in recovery Iโm having spasms in both legs, esp at night. I bought this product in desperation and it worked!

I was weary about buying these thinking that they wouldn't work. We'll i was WRONG! I get severe leg cramps and very bad charlie horses in my calves.Not anymore! These work and I personally have zero side effects from these.Get some, you won't be sorry!!!!

Has Made a Difference for My Leg Cramps
I have struggled with leg cramps for most of my life. I donโt have restless legs, and even though I get enough potassium, I still occasionally deal with painful cramps, especially in my calves.Iโm giving it 4 stars because it has been helpful for me, even though it isnโt 100% effective every time. For someone who has dealt with leg cramps for years, Iโm happy I found these.
