Tactical Helmet Pads - Universal Replacement Internal Memory Foam Pad Inserts for ACH, MICH, EXF Helmets

I have been using these Yzpacc Tactical Helmet Pads in pretty much all of my helmet props and cosplay builds, and they work really well. The memory foam adds a lot more comfort compared to basic foam inserts, especially if you are wearing a helmet for conventions, photos, or long periods of time. The pads are soft but still supportive enough to help the helmet fit more securely without feeling too tight. I also like that you can move the pads around and customize the layout depending on the shape of the helmet interior. I mainly use them inside 3D printed prop helmets, and they instantly make the finished product feel more comfortable and professional. They also help reduce pressure points on the forehead and sides of the head. The adhesive has held up well so far, though I still recommend cleaning the inside surface before installing them for the best hold. Overall, these are an easy upgrade for cosplay helmets, tactical helmets, or custom prop builds if you want a more comfortable fit and a cleaner interior setup.

I bought these tactical helmet pads to improve the fit and comfort inside a Shoretrooper cosplay helmet, and they worked perfectly. Installation was extremely easy thanks to the included adhesive stickers. Once the Velcro-style pads were attached, the padding stuck securely and stayed in place without shifting around while wearing the helmet. What I liked most was how modular the set is. It comes with multiple pad sizes and shapes, so I could mix and match different pieces to get the exact fit and comfort level I wanted inside the helmet. That made a huge difference for longer convention wear and overall stability. The padding itself is comfortable, soft, and does a great job reducing pressure points inside hard helmets. While these are designed for tactical helmets, they work amazingly well for cosplay applications too. Overall, this was a fantastic purchase and exactly what I needed for my costume setup.

Big improvement in comfort. The pads are soft, fit well, and make wearing a helmet for long periods much easier. Easy to install and adjust. Definitely worth it if you want better support and cushioning.

The pads were easy to install with a sticky velcro inside the helmet to be able to attach the pads. They sit well and would take a miracle to detach whilst wearing the helmet. Well worth the price for comfortable wear and isn't too thick to where you'll sweat like crazy.

I found myself losing pieces of pad after about a month of use. Shame because it fits well once i got the setup perfect. Otherwise good quality overall for the green pieces. EDIT: Discussed this issue with the very responsive seller and came to an amicable agreement. I would purchase again.

Swapped the pads my helmet came with for this and the fit improved a ton while still being comfortable. Definitely recommended if your helmet has bad padding or if you have a small head.

I used these in a helldivers costume helmet to make it comfortable to wear, they are very soft and i can wear the helmet for a couple hours without any strain or pain on my head. Easy to apply and the velcro makes it easy to remove for cleaning or to rearrange the pads.

Foam is a little hard but I am sure it will soften over time. Would buy again.

My son put this in his replica NFL helmet. It's perfect to keep the helmet sitting where it should. He'll look great on Halloween!
