Fit just like the original

The coupler is too small for the opening. It doesn’t latch into place and falls out. I had to glue it on then use duct tape to seal around it to make it stay on.

Although I have the original stuff that come together along my portablr AC, the one that I ordered fits together with it. This is an amazing stuff you must check out. So instead of having just 4 you can stack more for a longer window or a door slider.

It was a major bummer when I realized that the stock window kit that came with DeLonghi Pinguino PAC EM370 was too short to fit in my 46" tall window. After combing through some reviews and seeing positive comments about this particular window kit working well with DeLonghi ACs, I decided to give it a go. I can confirm that this kit indeed works well with PAC EM370. All I needed to do was take the stock hose attachment with the one included in this kit and everything worked like a charm. Installation was easy and includee sealing tape was very handy in ensuring a tight seal. While not premium quality, all the parts were sturdy and well fitting. Happy with the purchase and will recommend!

This product works as intended it blocks out the heat well and keeps the cool air in. Using with a Rinnai portable air-conditioner. Easy to set up

Functions as needed. easy to put together and adjust to fit my window. Bought an AC second hand and they did not supply the window pannel or tube so this was a quick and easy fix.
