Bought these because my cat had a phase of missing the litter box and I was going insane trying to figure out where the smell was coming from. First night I turned this off and did a sweep of the room and oh my god, the things this light reveals. Spots on the carpet I never would have found with the naked eye lit right up. Cleaned everything properly and the smell is finally gone, so mission accomplished. For eight bucks getting two of them feels almost too good. I keep one by the front door and threw the other in a drawer for backup. They're tiny, like smaller than I expected, easily pocket sized, but the build feels solid with the metal body instead of cheap plastic. The 12 LED version is nice and bright, definitely gets the job done in a dark room. Couple things worth knowing going in: batteries aren't included, so grab some AAAs before you sit down expecting to use it right away. That caught me off guard but it's a minor thing. Also you really do need the room pretty dark to see the stains clearly, which makes sense but just so you know. Beyond pet stuff I've messed around checking IDs and some currency, and my kids think it's the coolest thing ever for finding scorpions and random glowing stuff outside. Genuinely useful little gadget that punches way above its price. No complaints at all.

My first UV product, and I love it. Small and powerful, charges my Strandberg's Luminlay fret dots in literally 60 seconds. Spent a while looking for things that glow around my house, and learned some things about my bathroom that I wish I could unlearn.

Works GREAT to locate Tomato Hornworms at night on the garden tomato plants! The awful worms glow green under black light. This has saved my plants. Great product

Not super bright, for lower level uranium, it has to be super dark in the room to tell. Good for travel and thrifting though

We had a cat who was spraying and sometimes finding where it was hard to find. We used the UV flashlights and showed us exactly where it was. The visibility was clear and evident. The flashlights are small and compact easy to store and hold. They were durable and the power of the light was strong.

Great price too bad they’re not very bright at all! I guess you get what you pay for I at least expected a better beam of light. I got it for checking for hornworms on my tomatoes in the dark. And it barely lights anything up. Disappointing, if I have time, I may still return them. I don’t see how they would be useful for much of anything, they have the little looks like spread out bulbs in the circle, not a nice beam of a light. Keep that in mind for whatever you’re looking for a black light flashlight for. I knew what they look like. I just expected a stronger beam, they’re extremely weak. It’s not that they’re not quality on how they’re made or how they look, they are just not bright enough at all. I use them in the dark on the plants and they barely lit anything up at all. The hornworms glow kind of, so they’re easier to find with a black light. Too bad they didn’t work for me for my purpose.

These are compact but efficient. I seriously am satisfied with these as they were a great deal for 2, don't expect a huge output, but I use them for detecting scorpions when I go into the wilderness, which is moderately common for me. No complaints so far
