Universal Replacement Headband Cushion Pad Cover Protector Compatible with ATH M50X, QC 35i/35ii, QC25, Solo 2/Solo 3, Studio 2/3 Headphones (Black)

I have recently ran into a good sale price for a set of Rosewill ANC (active noise cancelling) headphones. They are nice all aluminum-cased champagne-colored cans with 40mm drives, BT interface w/mic, modular 3.5mm analog audio input (it makes this set capable of using interchangeable 3.5mm AUX audio cables of your own preference), ANC can be switched on/off, and so on. Also, there is a small loop in the middle of the protector that allows one to hang headphones on a hook. Now, the integrated headband cover on this set is one of those PU 'leather' oval-shaped kinds that look nice, take little space when carried portable, but they press harder against your head than most of the wider flat-shaped bands. Plus, this headband is somewhat slippery, being made of smooth PU 'leather'. Long story short, once I received this cushioned headband protector, it amazed me with its quality. It is well sewn together, perfectly colored for my champagne headphones, stretchable to some extent (my headband is 1" wide, while the protector is 1.5" wide in its widest padded area), comes with a semi-covered black zipper, so the protector stays on the headband quite securely. The protector contains an anti-slip polyurethane or rubber padding on its bottom. This part goes against your head. It feels fairly soft, and prevents your headphones from slipping off or twisting around on your ears. This protective cover outstandingly augments and improves my headphones. It appears to fit more headphones than those listed in the description. If your set comes with an ~1.0" wide headband of approximately the same thickness, then the described item will quite likely fit well.

Fit well on Sennhesier HD600 and only $10. Does not have hardly any padding cushion, however. I cut off a piece of Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and slid it between the headband and the cover. Works great.

I bought two of these headband covers, one for a work headset and one for a Bose headset. I have a smaller head and had issues with ear cups not sitting right over my ears and with sore spots on the top of my skull from the bands after an hour or so of use. After I put these covers on, I was able to wear my headset for the entire day without discomfort. No more sore spot. The padding added just enough to the band to also help the ear cups sit over my ears better. Would 100% purchase again.

This headband I bought because I wanted to help preserve my headphones original band. While this is doing the job somewhat, it has caused so many more issues for me. This item was literally dunked in dye, and shipped out. no pre washing of any kind. I have hand washed this 3 times now and it is still staining everything. if you have oily hair of ANY degree, or are prone to sweating, avoid this like the plague (the black at least). My white desk and cover now have permanent purple arch stains on them.. Not to mention I'm hoping this soaking into my scalp doesn't cause health issues.. I thought after a few times of washing it would get better... seems it will take many more. -_-; I wish there were a white/non dye version.

I was using a pair of Koss headphones I had for practicing he guitar. My daughter noticed every time I did this I ended up with black particles in my hair. So I started looking for something to cover up the headphone head band. There are a lot of these out there but there were none specifically for Koss. Most of the ones I found were either too long, too short or too wide. I finally found these and decided to take a chance on them. As Goldilocks might say, these were just right. In fact I really like them. They went on easily, they feel nice and despite another review i read I kind of like the color. In the end it really doesn't matter what color they are as I'm only wearing these in the room where I play the guitar but I don't think they look bad at all. What makes these ideal for the Koss is that they are longer on the underside and shorter on the top. So they never get in the way of adjust or even folding the headphones. I would recomend these to anyone. To me they are a good product at a very good price. They definitely solved my problem. You won't regret buying them.

Maybe a 5 for other headsets? With the help of a large safety pin, I finally managed to stretch this onto my Sennheiser HD 599 headset. Another person would have been quite helpful, since the protector kept wanting to close on one end as I struggled to zip it from the other end. For all that, although it looks very nice, this product didn't help resolve the discomfort which turns out to be solely from the headset sitting heavily on my head. My advice: analyze whether it's hardness or heaviness that you're trying to resolve. If it's hardness, this might be just the thing for you.

Purchased for my new Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 headphones. Fits like it was made for the M2.0. As one would expect it reduces the adjustment range of the headphones as it adds a layer of cushion so those with large craniums might have a problem. Looks good and offers some protection for the leather covers headband. Packaging was OK, not much can break on this product anyway. Gifted the Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 and cushion pad to my daughter as the ear cups/pads were a bit to small for me. Got the Momentum 3.0 which was more comfortable but unfortunately I believe the sound was better on the 3.0. Got this cushion for the 3.0 and it fits. As the sound was lacking on the M3.0, I was considering the m4. However, Sennheiser and most other comparable headphones are using touch controls today and I would rather have real physical buttons/switches. Costco had a great deal on the AKG N9 which has buttons and switches and generally good reviews. The AKG is not a high volume seller so replacement pads appear to be scarce. Therefore I ordered another Headband Cushion Pad to protect the headband. It fits the AKG well - see attached photos. Now I was concerned about it fitting inside the AKG supplied case and find that it is a bit tight but it works.

I found a recommendation for this on one of the audiophile forums and was lucky to buy it from one of Amazon's US sellers, so it came at a very good price and in timely fashion. It fits my new Eligia's snugly, making them extremely comfortable to wear for extended periods as well as protecting the existing grey leather headband from staining. The cover does appear too narrow on first look but it stretches enough to fit perfectly when zipped in place. I would advise starting the zip process over the bare metal part of the Eligia headband, then pulling it over the padded leather area when you can fully close the zip in place. A highly recommended addition to this stunning headphone set.

Great for taking pressure off your head I have the Beats Studio 3s, and the headband is quite narrow, especially considering their weight. It also rose them higher on my head, so they stop crushing my ears.

This headband cover has been protecting and my headband and delaying wear/tear on my headphones (Soundcore Q20) very well. Recommended.
