The pedal is working in reverse? Why?

I had a similar problem with a sustain pedal on one of my digital pianos if I plugged the pedal in while at the piano was already switched on. Switching the piano off and on again did the trick.

Does this work well with a Casio piano?

This item is really bad - you can hear it click while playing. I strongly don't recommend you purchase it - mine was returned after just 5 mins of trying it out. Truly terrible.

I have a kawai cn-37 digital piano, my son cannot reach the pedals. it has the headphone jack. will this item work for me.?

Headphone Jack is for head phones only. This is a sustain pedal. Have you tried making the stand smaller?

Is it compatible with Yamaha piegro np12

Sorry havnt a clue I use it with a studiologic 88 key controller works fine
