Magnesium effervesent tabs
I'm really finding the benefit, I was told to but these Magnesium effervesent by my pain Consultant at hospital , she said they would help with nerve pain general pain and most of all Cramp which I was having in my hands feet and calf muscles, so far after taking them for the first week, I haven't had cramp since, arthritis is a little better, but I need to give them more time for that I'm sure
