Good Customer Service
Got this as a Christmas gift and couldn’t use it until the summer. Company said they could still activate the warranty even though the window had technically passed. The bottom fin popped off the first use (not a defect, just bad luck). The company offered to replace it for free. Great customer service!

We love these!
These body boards are great. The slick bottom makes riding the waves much better than other boards, and they are very sturdy. The size is great for adults and children.

Great board for my kids (and me)
Even though it says "Toy" on it, don't be fooled. We've hit the beach several times with this board, and my kids love it. It's sturdy, floats well, looks awesome, and is a great ride. My kids used it mostly. They are about 48-52 inches tall, and 60-80 pounds. It held them just fine. I also jumped on to see how it would do with me. I am 5'6", 135, and I liked the length better than the one I got for myself. It held up great with me on it too. Value for money was great. Not sure how much they cost now, it was about 4 months ago that I bought this. The only drawback I've had is the tether/leash. Not sure what happened, I thought there was more to it. My other one has a velcro wrist cuff with a spring-like connection so it's not just flying around with too much length.

Cheap junk, both board and leash
I almost never take time to write reviews, but I can't believe how cheap this is and felt compelled to warn others who are looking for a good but affordable board for their kids. I just bought this because it was listed by Amazon as "#1 Best Seller" and I thought I could save a few bucks. I bought this one and the one from Veer https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C1QRF513?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1. The Veer was super high quality, and this Bo-Toys is just cheap junk, both the board and the flimsy leash which is a joke. See side by side photos attached, although the photos don't show how cheap the Bo-Toys is. The Veer was more expensive at $69 versus the Bo-Toys for $42. But the Bo-Toys looks like it will fall apart after one summer at the beach. I'm a surfer and the Veer feels solid and built by a real company. The Bo-Toys feels super light and one step up from Styrofoam. It's too much hassle for me to return, but I'm sure it will fall apart soon so I can get the Veer for my other son.
