Good absorption and easy to swallow
Love this vitamin D supplement. The pills are tiny and easy to swallow, it seems to be very effective, especially in the winter when I notice a mood change when Iโm not getting enough sun. Pop a couple of these babies and it seems to alleviate some of the depression. Also, Iโve read that they are die free and have clean ingredients, always a plus.
