how to messure for size?

Thank you for choosing Teaayako Store products and for you inquiry.First you need a ruler,tape or calipe,and measure your toilet tank ceramics hole.I think the relevant dimension is the outer diameter of the threads (corresponding to inner diameter of the hole in the tank).

How do you cut these things? With what? I tried scissors and I ended up breaking the scissors.

I used a serrated knife to run a band around and then utility ( heavy duty) scissors
