No these are not lightfast. It does not say lightfast in the description as 08/28/2020. They should work as long as you are not selling your art or hanging it.

After using them do they leave a Matte or Shiny finish?

It's a matte finish. It's just charcoal in a pencil form.

Is Pandafly available in more colors & if so, how many?

I tried looking it up for the same reason I didn't see more in this brand but if you look up charcoal pencils you might find a little more variety by a different brand.
