How much d3 in IU is present in each strip as somewhere you are mentioning 2500 iu while in other places you are mentioning 400iu?

If your ordering from India it’s 400 IU as per Indian FDA standard for 100% RDA of D3 and in the USA it is 2500IU

Tasty but can't say if it is effective

Have used Now Foods earlier which are way more expensive however wanted to try this one nd it tasted good. But don't know if it is effective. Coz i know extracting vitamins is an expensive process. Plus there is no third party certification to prove that whether a product is what it is. However give it a try if u can't afford now foods .
