I've had a Polar cycle computer with speed and cadence sensors, however the speed sensor has gone faulty and they no longer have replacements. Having used a trusted and well-known brand for a long time, I was a little apprehensive about using Moofit, especially considering the low price.Well, I'm not apprehensive any more! The sensors are easy to fit in just a couple of minutes using the supplied securing bands, which come in different sizes to cater for different bikes.Once fitted, I opened up my Openrider app (I believe it works with a number of different apps), tapped within the app to find nearby sensors, and that was it. All set up in less than 5 minutes. The sensors operate over bluetooth or ANT+ bluetooth. ANT+ is a little more accurate and power efficient so, if your phone supports ANT+, I'd suggest using that. Regular bluetooth works fine and Openrider supports both regular bluetooth and ANT+.The speed sensor attaches to the hub inside your wheel and I attached mine to the rear wheel. This also means that the speed is registered even when I'm using my indoor training, which is fantastic and something I've not been able to do before. The cadence sensor attaches around either pedal crank.The sensors appear to be very accurate and comparable to other systems I've used. All in all, I can't really find fault with the Moofit Cadence and Speed Sensor.I sincerely hope you've found this review useful. Thank you for reading.

Very easy to install, synced straight away and within ten minutes I was able to set up as a virtual trainer on the TacX app. Can’t complain about the item at all.My only issue was finding appropriate placement for the cadence sensor as it clipped the rear chain stays, derailleur or something wherever I put it. Will try on another bike at some point, but I’m very happy with the ability to turn a set of rollers into a competent smart training solution cheaply and effectively.I’d really recommend though - nice and robust, easy to set up and just works!

These are definitely good value for the 2. Small box, housing both. I was impressed there there are a selection of bands to attach to the bike, so should fit most bikes no bother. Really easy to attach to the bike and appear that they should stay on well. The instruction manual is adequate for the basics. The company also emailed not long after receiving the product to provide some further advice for installation. The best piece of advice given was to wake up the sensors by 2-3 turns of the wheels. I did have some issues with trying to pair the sensors. At first I tried with Endomondo which it had mentioned and is an app I use. Unfortunately I couldn’t get it to pair (perhaps because I have the free version?) I tried Strava also, then found that Strava won’t accept it. I then downloaded 2 of the apps the company mentioned - OpenRider and Wahoo. Had no issues getting the sensors to pair with these, in fact it was fast and very straightforward and they have worked fine on my rides, though Wahoo only seems to want to use one of the sensors at a time. I have since found that both Apps ‘should’ be able to send your ride details to Strava afterwards, so i will try that out. For me, the cadence sensor hasn’t worked so well - I think it’s better suited to users of cleats. As I just wear trainers I did find that my foot would knock against the sensor when I stopped and started. Perhaps I could change the position or put it on the other side. However, for me, I think it is better suited for on the indoor trainer. Overall, happy with these.

Don't waste your time. Buy the branded Garmin/Wahoo sensors. I got them paired with my Wahoo and worked for a few weeks then speed sensor would stop tracking. Days later same thing happened on the cadence sensor. I swapped batteries and worked for a couple of weeks before they went intermittent again. On my last ride, half of the ride was tracked, second half wasn't, decided to unpair. Unreliable product. Wouldn't recommend. I have the branded Wahoo sensors on my other bikes and never had an issue. Buy cheap you buy twice. Lesson learnt.

i have 1 set that works perfectly .. this latest set the speed sensor connects and intermittently sends data .. we tried altering bluetooth setup but we have finally started using the older sensor on my wifes setup and bingo works every time .. would send back if i could for a refund .. clearly luck of the draw if you get a good one or not

Work really well with my bike in garage which I have sat permanently on a turbo trainer. Connects easily via Bluetooth to app I use (wahoo which then feeds into starve too). Easy and speedy to fit and good battery life.

I used to have the Garmin speed and cadence sensors and I used them to make my dumb exercise a bit smarter and they were always temperamental right up until the time when they stopped working for apparently no reason.I thought I'd take a chance on these as a replacement, as they were a fraction of the price of the Garmin Sensors and apparently used the ANT+ technology. They're a little chunkier than the Garmin sensors, but right now seem just as secure. Given my past experience with the previous sensors, I was expecting a bit of a faff to get them connected, but as soon as I cranked the pedals, they popped in to life and connected with no fuss. Given their cost, I am curious to see how long they last, but right now, I've no complaints and recommend them.

First, buy these. So much better than Wahoo. And cheaper. Their look and feel is good, good quality, the connection to the bike is very good compared to the Wahoo. You won't go wrong.The back story - I went with Wahoo because *everyone* recommended it. What a mistake. ***Always*** took 20 minutes at least, often much, much more, to get the Wahoo sensors to actually connect to Rouvy or Fulgaz.Went so far as to try two different tablets, one 2 years old, and one brand new (you guessed it, to resolve this problem), two different apps, Rouvy and Fulgaz, and ***Two*** ***Brand New*** sets of Wahoo sensors. !!!!!When the Wahoo sensors would connect to the apps it would take at least twenty minutes **and often much more** of futzing about to get them connected!! Restart tablet, restart apps, take the batteries out and back in, pedal some more, connect only one at a time, on and on. And that included turning off every bluetooth device with 50 feet.My time wasn't spent riding but trying to get things connected to enjoy the ride and by the time the damn things would work I was so irritated, pissed, that the ride was ruined anyway. After two sets of new Wahoo sensors and a new tablet, gave up and bought these.What a contrast to that horrible BS experience!!Now, I get on the bike, spin the pedals and Rouvy and Fulgaz see the sensors and start reporting the data. Right away. No futzing about with trying to connect the damn things, they simply work. And, within literally seconds I'm riding. And I'm not worn out, irritated, pissed, but having a great experience.How Wahoo ever got the popularity they have I will never understand. Crowd-think perhaps. Additionally, these sensors data are not bouncing around, that is, the data reported by the apps stays calmly fluid as it rises and falls, versus jumping from some number to another like the Wahoo sensors would.I'm still using the Wahoo Tickr Fit Heart rate monitor because if it doesn't connect I'm not killing the stats I'm focused on now. But, if a deal comes along will very likely change it out, Wahoo worked very hard to lose my faith and trust in their products so I'm going to honor that and avoid them like the plague.Bottom Line - Buy the Moofit, it's so much better and it's cheaper.

Sensörleri yaklaşık 1-2 aydır aktif olarak kullanmaktayım ve bağlantı kurduğum aygıtlardan 2si garmine ait ürünler ve ikisinde de sürüşe başlamadan önce verileri aktarabilmesi için bağlantıyı kes ve tekrar bağlanma yapmak zorunda kalıyorum birde dış kasası hiç sağlam değil pedaldaki kadans sensörüne ayağım çarptığı için tırnaklarından biri koptu ama çalışmaya devam ediyor onun dışında gözlemlediği hiç bir sorun yok
