is the paper 100% cotton?

No. I figured that out by searching Amazon for 100% cotton, watercolor paper. This product did not come up in the search. Also, in reading the description of the item, it says the material is acrylic.

Does anyone know who makes this paper? I contacted Amazon to ask if the sizing was vegan, but they didn't know, so I'd like to ask the manufacturer.

has anyone used this in an ink jet printer?

I don't think so. The water color paper is too thick for jet printer, and I can't imagine how much jet ink will be soaked into this kind of paper.

Is this paper white or more on the cream side? And is there a smooth and a textured side?

The paper is not bright white but light cream colored. And it has a bit of texture to it. Perfect for watercolor painting.
