Can you get skygo on this TV

This isn't a TV it is a monitor. It will only be able to display what the PC device connected can produce.

I have 2 usb b ports and one usb c on my laptop. i'm a bit confused about which ports would be needed whether cables are included.

An USB Upstream cable is required to connect the USB 3.0 port on your laptop to the upstream port on the monitor. Only then the 4 SuperSpeed USB 5 Gbps (USB3.2 Gen 1) Type-A downstream ports wil be active to support the USB devices.
