According to consumer reports, this contains about 243mg of choline. Choline citrate is typically half choline/ half citrate according to the owner of this company. The bottle delivered says “650mg choline citrate”, don’t believe 1300mg label, company doesn’t sell that anymore. Consequently, you only get about 243mg of choline per teaspoon. And LOTS of glycerin (1tsp/serving=1 glycerin suppository).

Does this product really work for quality of life
