My sincere review on this trimmer. I have it and it still works as new, I do trimming twice a month and store carefully. batteries changing every 6 months at my usage. Go for it when special promotion running on Amazon.

This particular model has some problem with the battery, every time I use, I have to replace the battery, which was not the case with Philips. the battery last only couple of weeks. max 1-2 uses.

Terrible product - every single time I have used this on ears it has cut me and drawn blood - went in the bin.

I have always used this Philips nose trimmer for years ( the older models, which were also washable). The older model had to be repaied twice over 5 years which was acceptable. But the new MICROTOUCH which has advantage of light, stopped last week after only 11 months. I have been trying to call Al Kandi ( local dealers) but they ignore calls. Visited the Philips head office in knowledge village, it had the highest security like a military camp, did not even allow me to enter. Unfortunately PHILIPS as a brand is not anymore what I have trusted for 40 years since my childhood

I have the original one of these which was very flimsy but this second one is much more robust, plus the start button is far better placed.
