Holy grail. You know when you get an UTI take antibiotics end up with a yeast infection which somehow leads you to another UTI and the cycle goes on? Well, nice to meet you. Started taking these after taking the antibiotics for my last UTI which left me (TMI) with white bits in my pee which often is a sign of yeast infection. I did not want to get more antibiotics so I did some research which lead me to these pills and buying a bottle of apple cider vinegar pills. Why not i figured? Took two pills of apple cider vinegar twice a day with lots of water and then right after dinner i would take one of these probiotics and here I am out of my misery cycle. I am also going to the bathroom a little more often which i appreciate since im often constipated. Two weeks into this experiment and Im quite surprise. So yeah, get this although they are a little expensive. 12/15/19 Update: I am extremely satisfied with this product ( and no, I am not getting paid to say this). The first 3 weeks i took the probiotics religiously and then after that every other day. I stopped taking the apple cider pills maybe two weeks in since i noticed an improvement. The pills would make you more regular (#2), no more white bits in my urine, burning sensation or crazy UTIs after getting intimate. This is not a replacement for antibiotics (thats how you treat an UTI) but taking this right after finish them will ensure that the right organism are on standby and will help you avoid more issues down the line. Dear god, I dont know why nobody told me this before, I was going crazy. FINAL UPDATE: Still take this along with Dmannose. If you get crazy amount of UTIs this combo will help you (once your current UTI gets treated with antibiotics) I also take the apple cide pills as needed and drink water like a boss.

I love this product. It has gotten a little pricier since I first started buying it. I have had to look for a cheaper option. If you don’t mind the price, it is a great product.

I’m on my 2nd bottle, I love them for the price! I love that it has a variety of all around women’s wellness. I pair these with the natures way women’s Ultra Multivitamins, I feel better and have the most energy to get me through my day, I don’t feel sluggish or tired and it helps with daily bloating, I notice a difference when I stop taking them for a week or two, I’ve been taking them constantly for over a month. I’m 24 going in 25 and I now feel like I need that extra boost for my metabolism & this brand doesn’t fail!

Seems like an ok product, I’m not sure if this was giving me stomach cramps or something else. I did not reorder to find out

These have helped with my stomach issues immensely. I used to get a lot of upset stomachs because of gas and indigestion ( it’s a hereditary issue) I’ve been taking these for close to a year now, one right before bed and within just a week I noticed my stomach issues were way less, now I only have issues once a month or less. My husband actually noticed that I wasn’t complaining about my stomach aches anymore! I tried other brands but started having issues again. I’m sold on this brand and won’t switch again! UPDATE: I wrote this review 4 years ago, I am still taking this every night before bed and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. My gut health is awesome, and it's because of these. Since this original review, I also put my young adult son on this (about 2 years ago) he has suffered with IBS since he was a kid, this has changed his life. I am now on auto ship with these, 2 bottles every month! The other thing to note is, these are "delayed release" which is the absolute best! That means they get where they need to be before releasing the strains, ones that don't say delayed release may not work that well because they can't get absorbed into the body before the body gets rid of it!!

This probiotic is really helping my IBS-D. I’ve been using them for about 6 weeks. No more cramping & pain, my stomach is much quieter after eating & it seems to be helping the heartburn & reflux too. The capsules are actually easy to swallow, despite looking a bit daunting. Estuve teniendo infecciones vaginales recurrentes en un corto período de tiempo y mi doctora me recomendó usar probióticos para ayudar a restablecer la flora. De las opciones que vi en amazon, fue la más completa. Y fue un éxito, mis molestias desaparecieron (claro, acompañada del tratamiento médico) pero si noté cambios, principalmente que me ayudaba con la digestión y frecuentaba las veces que hacía del baño. Definitivamente las volveré a comprar. Aunque las compré en promoción, creo que valdría totalmente la pena pagar su precio normal si es una urgencia.

This gave me an awful headache and stomach bloating and gas.

These supplements seem to be working great for me. Not hard on my stomach whatsoever and I take them before bed on a empty stomach.
