Disappointing - Started showing problems after a month of use
I bought this mouse expecting the same reliability I experienced earlier with the same model. My previous HP mouse lasted around 3.5 years without any issues, which is exactly why I chose to buy this model again. Unfortunately, this one turned out to be a complete disappointment. It worked fine for about one month, and then it started having connectivity issues. The red light turns on, but the cursor does not move at all. I checked on multiple occasions to make sure the problem wasn’t with my computer, and it is clearly an issue with the mouse itself. I did not expect such poor quality from HP. The earlier version of this mouse used to be very solid and reliable. Definitely not recommended. I will be looking for a different brand next time.
