Do I have to paint it or it's pre painted

No painting required, the pieces are color molded there are some stickers included for some color accurate highlights.

Is this model kit difficult? I have never built a model kit before so i am just wondering. Also does it need tools?

We’ve been using wire cutting pliers (to better cut the manufacturing sprews), a metal file to file down stubborn rough spots, and scissors.
