The best way to determine what region a game is, is by looking at the the rating of the game. ERSB is the American rating system and it goes by letters (E for everyone, T for teen, etc.) Pegi is a European rating system and it goes by numbers (Pegi 3 is usually the equivalent to ESRBs E rating.) Japanese rating system is CERO and goes by leters but in order, from A to D and then Z being the equivalent to ERSBs M for mature rating. This is what amazon is confusing me with. The picture is European but there are people commenting that its the US version so i guess just take a stab. At least there are refunds.

Is this a game we can play multiplayer in the same console? We bought Paradise and it wasn't multiplayer, very disappointed.

This is an older title. So the online play doesn't work anymore. But there's 2 player built in. You would just need another ps2 controller.

Will this Disk play on a PlayStation 3?

No, as far as I know PlayStation 2 Disks are not compatible to PlayStation 3, this disk will work on PlayStation 2 only.
