How long is the cord?

This cord almost 1.9 Meter long!

Does it scroll smoothly or are there little bumps while you turn the scroll wheel?

Mine does NOT scroll smoothly, unfortunately. It has annoying bumps, reminds me of a ratchet wrench.

Does the wheel also do side to side scrolling?

Yes it does, if you click the scroll wheel. This will give you the control to move side to side or up and down. Previous answers are incorrect, I am using this mouse right now and just scrolled side to side and up and down. Booyah

Does it work with Windows 10 ?

Yes, it should work with Windows 10. You should be able to just plug the mouse into your computer's USB port and use it right away. It may or may not install drivers first.
