I found it easier to mix eggs in a bowl with seasoning and pour half of the mixture in each half of the pan already warmed on the cooktop. The onion, meat, mushrooms, etc are then added to each half of the pan and topped with cheese. As the omelet starts to cook, the pan is closed and cooked an additional time to complete cooking. At various times in cooking, the pan is flipped top for bottom to cook each half. When it is through cooking, the top half is opened and a plate is placed over the pan. Turn the pan and plate so the omelet falls out of the pan and on the plate when the pan is removed.

My nonstick norpro omelet pan did not come with a handle .is that normal? if not how can i get one?

Where is this product made/manufactured? USA?

Don't know. I tried it but I don't recommend it. It is made of rather thin metal and consequently is prone to overheating. It seems like a great idea but doesn't seem to work very well.
