Does anyone know what bolts are used? The directions doesnt say

It’s not bolts at all. Each corner, top & bottom, has a corner molded piece that connects the sides. There are 8 of the molded corners.

The brackets look white in the review pictures. Are they or silver?

The brackets are brushed nickel/silver.

Can this be kept outside all season (covered) withstanding freezing & thawing temps (assuming the fire is not burning during those extreme temps)?

Currently mine is spending it’s first winter under a cover, so far ( it’s gotten down in the teens) it’s been doing great. Can’t answer for the rest of the winter but it will be staying out in it. Hope this helps 🥸

Can 3 sides be used to reflect heat towards you?

Yes, but it will not be as stable.
