Skullcandy Barricade Mini Wireless Speaker - Black

The battery life on this thing is phenomenal! I've used it for about 3 hours on average every day for about two weeks, including a couple of hours at rather high volumes and I've not had to plug it in once. Going on Day 10. Sound quality is rather decent. Bass is excellent, and while it can definitely fill up a room, it's not exceptionally loud. Only downside so far is that it doesn't transmit battery information to my phone when connected, like other Bluetooth 5 devices. That's a bit of a bummer for me, but with the battery life on this thing so far, I don't particularly mind. For a sub $40 portable speaker, it's definitely a bargain. Also doesn't have any of those annoying or loud connection and disconnection sounds/voices. Simple tones only. Great value for money, decent sound quality, phenomenal battery life.

I love this! I had one which I have used for so many years and just wanted to make sure I get another before they stop it’s production, if they do. It is easy to carry around. The sound is solid. It lasts very long before the battery runs out, compared to most other surround speakers I’ve used. Goes up to 8-10 hours before a recharge is needed. It also charges pretty quickly! Highly recommended.

Bought this to use after someone decided to steal the speaker that was in our work space. Thing is loud enough and easy to use. All my employees were instantly able to use it with no issues. Loud enough for our space and small enough to not be in the way at all. I've had a few bad experiences with skull candy but this definitely isn't one of them especially for the price.

Excellent buy, not too expensive, truly water proof. I take it in the shower with me, and I’ve even dropped it a few times into the few inches of water on the floor from about three feet up on my shower caddy, and it still sounds great. Dries off fast. It even survived a trip to the beach, being buried in sand, and dropped in the waves. Great sound, very tough. Small and sleek looking. Worth the purchase!

Its a 30$ speaker what do you expect... I personally bought it to bring to basketball courts and outside and not have to worry about an expensive speaker getting stolen. My friend has a beats pill and is anal about it when he goes out with it. I completely understand his concern but im not going to put myself through that lmao. I have been around and heard all kinds of headphones and speakers and i can say an average person wouldn't notice its shortcomings. For the price, unbeatable. 10/10 would reccomend but if you are buying it for sound quality just buy the normal barricade.

I bought this speaker in 2019 it has been great, i’ve tested it’s waterproof claim did great even floated. It’s not the loudest speaker but sounds really good! The battery lasts quite a while too even after all these years!

Really like this speaker for portability and sound. Too bad Skull Candy does not warranty this any longer. They must have figured out there is a flaw in the design for the charging port and they don't last long. Our first speaker lasted about 1 year. The second one about 6 months and the third one three months. Time for another design and another company. Won't purchase from Skull Candy any longer.

Un auténtico todoterreno, apto para el exterior y para manos de niños. Su diseño es tosco a diferencia de altavoces de líneas depuradas como los Sony o Bose, pero lo suple por su fantástica relación calidad precio y que su estética tosca lo hace un auténtico todoterreno. Su sonido es fantástico teniendo en cuenta la gama de precio en el nos movemos. Sin duda lo volvería a comprar a ojos cerrados. Ahora si buscas estética depurada o mejor sonido págalo, no esperes que nadie te “duros por pesetas”.

El Audio es muy bieno para venir de una chingaderita, en ciertas canciones o películas el bajo es muy potente y llega a mover cosas de la mesa o en dónde se ponga, es muy buena, tienes muy buena duración de batería sin quejas en ese sentido Tiene algunos detalles como que ahunque el Audio es muy buena, me gustaría que se escuchará más fuerte digo de por si tiene buen volumen pero no ce, me hubiera gustado más volumen Y lo otros es que no la puedes ocupar cuando se está cargando, tienes que esperar a que se cargue o desconectar el cargador para poder usarla, no es práctico en ese sentido y me extraña que no me deje usarla cuando se está cargando Pero de ahí en fuera es muy buen producto.

Ho preso sia questa cassa che le cuffie wireless di questo brand che trovo ottime. Durata e qualità molto buone. La cassa in particolare é la mia compagna quotidiana e la sua qualità audio è eccezionale.

Loved this unit so much I bought a second one years later. After thousands of times plugging and unplugging, dropping so many times (I'm terribly clumsy if truth be told), and too many other 'events' that should have caused it's demise, I'm a die hard fan of this little puppy. Not only does it have a big bark in terms of it's deep base, but also a crisp clear midrange for unexpected sound quality. Great little wireless speaker!
