Does the pre-oreder also come with the Windows 10 version?

Man, had the same question. Clearly didn't get in answered in this mess. FYI for those wondering this is the official answer from the Xbox website:"When you buy an Xbox Play Anywhere digital game through the Xbox Store or the Windows Store, it's yours to play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC at no additional cost. To take advantage of Xbox Play Anywhere, you will need to have installed the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition update on your PC, as well as the latest update on your Xbox One console. Then, simply log into your Xbox Live/Microsoft account and your Xbox Play Anywhere games will be available to download."So I would say that means it must be purchased digitally through those 2 sites. Anyone else have something better?

Does this have split screen/local multiplayer? Thanks.

The game does not have split screen/local multiplayer. The game features online multiplayer.

Why doesn't amazon fix their product page and say windows 10 as well instead of xbox only? this is false advertisement, this is not xbox only title.

This specific listing is for the physical version of the game. Xbox Play Anywhere is only available with digital titles of games. So this specific listing will not give you a game that you can play on Windows 10. You will want to get the digital version to have that option.

Why isn't there a physical copy of the deluxe version of this game

There is! You can get it here: https://www.amazon.com/Forza-Horizon-3-Ultimate-Xbox-One/dp/B01GW3LREG/ref=sr_1_1?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1467219246&sr=1-1&keywords=forza+horizon+3+-+ultimate+edition+-+xbox+one
