Does the arm feel like real skin? suppose i puncture the skin for the first time. if i were to do it again, would it leak? or am i able to suture it?

Having worked with a number of different simulation arms - this arm does actually feel a lot like real skin - but of course not perfectly so. If you use a reasonable needle size like 21-23 Gauge it will auto seal - so one can do multiple punctures. After several hundreds of punctures the arm may develop a couple of minor leaks. As these leaks come from the tubes under the skin - one cannot suture it closed - but one can actually use the arm for practicing suturing skills - it works well for this purpose! can you practice placing iv in arm and back of hand both?

Yes indeed - one can practice phlebotomy / IV procedures on both the ventral forearm as well as the dorsum (back) of the hand.

Can you buy replacement skin and veins?
