Are these mini pans as one review says?

My pans are large in size. They stack into two different stacks I’ll tell you this, if ever I need more pans I would get another set in a heart beat. I sure do like them a lot

Can the Granitestone Stackmaster pots and pans be used in a convection oven?

According to the box that my stackmaster pots came in, they are safe up to 500 degrees. So as long as you don't go hotter than that, you should be good. I haven't tried it yet but everything has been as advertisedv to my satisfaction.

Not understanding complaints saying pots and pans are tiny. A 2.75 qt has to be big enough to hold 2.75 qts, doesn't it?

The pots are not tiny at all. They are true to size, and cook amazingly.
