It will work
It seems fine, maybe a bit bulky but it's' a protector so that's kind of to be expected. It will do the job for my new (refurbished) phone. I like that it shows the blue colour of my phone from underneath. I haven't used it yet and it has a scratch in it, so maybe it scratches easily? Anyways it's all good, it's a good phone and I'd consider buying the flowers one sometime in the future too.

Excellent customer service!
The case itself looks very sturdy (I haven't dropped my phone yet, but that will happen soon I'm sure, I do ithat a lot *face-palm* and then I'll fully test the sturdyness of the case) and fits perfectly on my Samsung S20. The material is very clear and it makes my cell phone look nice and almost like new. Most important, the customer service this seller offers is great! Lisa contacted me through the Amazon platform (no strange e-mails or text messages were received) to make sure I was picking the right case (with all the different models with similar names, we can never be too sure the accesories we're buying are the correct ones!). Their explanations about the different models (picture included) and how to check on my phone which one I have were very thorough and easy to follow. I'm very happy with my new case!

Replacement for S20
Perfect! Just as described. Was unable to buy replacement case for my Samsung S20 at my wireless provider. Love that it is clear, shows original color of phone and provides protection as well!

Perfect Fit
This is exactly what I was looking for. It's Lite weight and fits perfectly. Easy to put on the phone. All openings line up exactly. Would recommend.

Quality for price
Product was as described, nice fit, clear plastic is boring but its what I wanted. Great value although side buttons do stick out far, but old phone and happy to of found a case.

Does not protect screen.
When I installed it, it lifted my screen protector, now I have to purchase a new screen protector as well as a suitable case. And of course, returns are almost 20 dollars. Unreal. So disappointed
