Needed to drill a few 10mm holes in brickwork of my house (Hanging a heavy gate) I have an old Bosch hammer drill (Green body) which has served me well for over 30 years. Tried to drill a smaller pilot hole on hammer action and blunted all the drills I had. Bought some new Bosch drills and managed to get a couple of holes before they went blunt. Decided it was time to buy a new hammer drill, and bought the Bosch GBH 2-28 F, which is supplied with two chuck types, both quick change. I first tried the ‘normal’ chuck with the newish used drills I had bought, no luck, still over heating and not doing the job. So next I decided to try the SDS plus chuck. Bought the drills that this review is about and WOW!!!!! I went through the brick like it wasn’t there! I also use it on some smaller holes, same result, like drilling through air! Ok, I don’t drill holes four a living, so someone might say I was doing something wrong with my old drill, but I’m just saying that this combo is amazing!

Having used a number of SDS bits, I have to say these have performed exceptionally well so far. This set covers the majority of the most useful sizes and they have so far stood up well to regular use.

Best masonry drills I have ever used, seem expensive but can assure they are excellent value, went through concrete fence posts like proverbial knife through butter

Las utilizo en hormigón y block, al hacer una perforación con la bloca del número 6, esta inicio la perforación y después se fundió la punta, se verificó con un detector de metales bosch y no había ninguna varilla, utilice otra broca y era block, es la primera vez que pasa esto con esta marca. Me Gusta Bosch por su calidad pero ahora no fue buena. Por eso le doy 3 estrellas.

Ev kullanımında en çok iş görecek üçlü. Çok kaliteli. Özelliklerinden yazdığı gibi demire denk gelirse delip geçer mi bilmiyorum bana denk gelmedi. Expert serisi zaten. Uygun fiyatlı olan seri bile muhtemelen yeterli olacaktır zaten ama bir kez alayım evladiyelik olsun diyenler tercih edebilir. Boschun mavi seri matkaplar için ürettiği körüklü toz toplayıcı bu uçlarla uyumsuz oluyor. Bu uçlar toz toplayıcının içinde kısa kaldığı için kullanılamıyor. Tenía unas brocas sds plus para hormigón normales y al hacer un agujero en el techo para colocar unas espalderas me encontré con una gavilla de hierro las cuales no pude superar con esas brocas. Pero había hecho los agujeros en el preciso lugar donde lo necesitaba y no quería tenerlos que hacer en otro lugar. Recordé un video de youtube donde hacían pruebas bastante heavy con ellas. Y vaya si cumplen, donde las otras brocas se estaban mellando estas en cuestión de segundos se llevaron la gavilla por delante. Concretamente la de 8mm. En otra ocasión tuve la mala suerte de que se me cayeron dos muebles de alacena de la cocina por el peso (y la mala instalación con tornillos de 5 mm y no eran inoxidables). Se partieron las cabezas en cizalla y se quedaron los cuerpos dentro de la pared. Pues bien, estas brocas me permitieron literalmente destrozar el tornillo en el hueco y poder volver a poner tacos en los mismos huecos (hormigón). Esta vez con tacos de mayor tamaño y tornillos de mejor calidad. Algo similar me pasó con el inodoro. Lo tuve que quitar y tras tantos años los tornillos de sujeción al suelo estaban oxidados. En consecuencia no tuve otra opción que cortarlos y nuevamente se quedó parte del tornillo dentro del agujero. Pues igualmente estas brocas me permitieron destruir los restos de tornillo oxidados en el agujero y reutilizar el agujero con otros tacos. En conclusión, no son las más baratas pero sí de buenísima calidad y es posible que como a mí te saquen de algún apuro bastante gordo y en ese momento sientas que has amortizado cada céntimo que has gastado en ellas.
