The Product is GREAT … Amazon Delivery Not SO
I do love this product … great for baking. Unfortunately, the Amazon delivery person left my package outside in an unseen area on a horrible rainy day … and, my package was soaked. The box broke when I finally saw it & picked it up.

Best Flour for Bread Making
Love the flavor and gluten quality of this flour. It’s now going to be the only one I use. Look out King Arthur there’s a new Flour in Town!

Missing bag
The description mentioned that there were 2 bags of flour but I only received one. Otherwise, the flour was great for wood fire pizza.
