Good product for plantar fasciitis.
I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for the past two years. Excessive walking or running usually triggers the pain. This arch support provides good comfort while wearing it and helps reduce the pain temporarily. However, the pain tends to return once I stop using it. This is my second time purchasing the product because it does give relief during painful periods. While it may not cure plantar fasciitis permanently, it is helpful for managing discomfort and providing support during daily activities.

It doesn't stay in the same position as you wear . Also the cushion itself hurts .. it's not as soft as they claim . Also , it's so tight fitted that you get swelling and pain coz of poor blood circulation. It only increased my pain . Stopped using it .. better we can go with orthopedic footwears or soles.
