Is this safe to use seal in the Mr Hobby Aqueous line of paints?

Hi. MSC adds a clear matte layer to whatever you apply it to. This protects all of the layers below it and you can add new layers on top. I suggest trying a test spot, but you should be ok.

What does Cut Flat spray mean? I am looking for a matt finish.

It does mean matte. The finish has a slight "tooth," so that customizers can use watercolor pencils, acrylic paint, and chalk pastels on the surface, then seal the work with another layer of spray. Never use media containing oil on polyurethane castings or resin BJDs.

I've tried so many gloss sprays to finish epoxy pieces- is this not possible to go on evenly? Would this product work for that and not clump?

This works great over cured apoxie sculpt. I've found it works great with two to three coats on a sunny day when the humidity is between 50 and 60 percent.
