Does this work both upper and lower abs?

I've noticed it more on lower. A couple of the reviews I've read say they've felt in upper. I'm going to guess (yet to confirm) that it'll depend on one's position (I drop hips low, towards the machine, to keep back as straight as possible)

Is there a way to order replacement pins or parts? I bought the machine and one of the pins got lost when I put it up last time.

Either contact the seller or buy a generic that will fit.

Any way to keep this from sliding ? It slides on hard flooring & carpet ?

What are some recommendations for adding extra protection to the handle bars? My hands hurt gripping the handlebars as I workout.
