You could try Boiron's. The best solution is to see a homeopath and heal the cause of the hemorrhoids instead of just treating the symptoms. Perhaps to a whole food plant-based diet.

what color is the cream

It's white. This does not seem to be a homeopathic product as was the original Nelson's calendula cream. It does contain calendula extract and shea butter.

Is the beeswax in this natural or synthetic beeswax?

I don't know if natural or synthetic. Why don't you contact Nelson's directly? They have a website and a form you can fill out. This is the best Calendula Cream I know and have used it for years. The cream is free from artificial colorings, fragrances, parabens, PEGs, lanolin, silicones and mineral oils. It's non-greasy, easily absorbed, and very soothing. The main ingredient you should be concerned about is the homeopathic Calendula, which will easily decrease the healing time of cuts and scrapes in half. Additionally it is anti-bacterial and you won't need any other cream EVER for cuts. I am a professional homeopathic practitioner, so I should know.
