It is impossible to remove the phone case from the packaging it is totally stuck on

Product arrived for daughters birthday. Left very disappointed when she opened it to fine the hard packaging was actually stuck to the phone case. When trying to take it off it’s left lots still stuck on and very sharp!! Refund requested!!..Avoid cheap product
