Do this set have the plastic or metal screwdriver in it?

Assuming you mean the driver that the bits mount in, it's plastic on the top by the knob, the 'meat' of the handle has a rubber(y) grip to help in turning it and the end where the bits mount appears to be metal.

Can I use it for all kinds of iPhones ?

I bought this tool set to open a laptop to change the hard drive . It works great, but I don't own an Iphone so I can't help you there

Does the Triwing in this set work on the gameboy advance sp screws around the screen?

I believe the display requires a Tri-Point Y1 which is not included with the Minnow set.
