The pump & float came in separate boxes. Both were well packaged. The float has to be attached to the fountain pump and came with all the hardware for assembly and good assembly instructions. The float also came with tie-off ropes already attached to the float. This fountain puts out a nice symmetric pattern and the pump is quiet. We have used this model fountain for several years and have been happy with them. The prior fountain was getting old and it will be held as a backup spare.

We have a 1/3 acre pond. We wanted something that looked very nice but also reliable. We looked all over. Auction sites, pond places, etc. It came down to this pump was the most reliable and best put together for the $$. A big factor was the motor, impeller and controller. Parts are available too and not from a distant country. The price isn't cheap, but it is the type of fountain that you just count on to run, and run and run.....

Been running it about 10 hours a night to oxygenate 1/4 acre fish pond. Has lasted over 5 years. Good product.

It came in a pretty large heavy box and and first it’s a little overwhelming, but just follow the directions and lay everything out on a flat surface and you will need someone to help you bring it into the pond and get it nice and stable. Some concrete blocks and rope and it’s not moving for anything. Took me a short afternoon altogether.

Wish they had a longer cord option available, could have used a 200'.

I love that this fountain came with the control timer. If you have an outlet beside your pond then the hard work is over. I had to wire up a circuit to mine, easy for me but some should consider a professional. Once that was in my wife dragged it out to the middle of the pond on the SUP and dropped 2 blocks in the water for mooring. Then we plugged it in and enjoyed the fountain. Great product so far and we really enjoy the spray. We will add lights at a later point.

Very nice...product is exactly like photo...only issue is the way it's designed to "secure" in pond. If you fis the pond, beware of bottom fishing...your line will get caught on the tie-down lines for the fountain;).

Easy to assemble. the fountain actually pumps higher with a larger circumference than expected. The timer is easy to set as well. Recommend for anyone wanting a functional and decorative fountain in their pond.
