These resistance loop bands have been a great addition to my workouts because they’re simple to use but can be used for so many different exercises. I really like having multiple resistance levels because I can use a lighter band for stretching or certain upper-body movements and switch to a stronger band when I want more resistance for squats, glute exercises, leg workouts, and other strength exercises. The bands have a good amount of stretch and resistance without feeling like they’re going to snap easily, and the material feels durable enough for regular use. They’re also lightweight and take up almost no space, which makes them perfect for home workouts and easy to throw in a gym bag or suitcase when traveling. I especially like using them for lower-body exercises because they add resistance without needing heavy equipment. They can occasionally roll slightly during certain movements, but positioning them correctly usually helps. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the resistance options, versatility, portability, and quality. For such a simple and affordable piece of workout equipment, there are a surprising number of exercises you can do with them, and I would definitely recommend them for beginners as well as anyone wanting to add extra resistance to their regular workouts.

Helps with my workouts gives great restraint when it comes to glute workouts

I was looking for inexpensive resistance loops for specific home exercises, and these bands were the least expensive available. You get what you pay for -- they are very thin, and I'm not confident they'll last long. But, for the price, I can't complain. The bands are marked with their relative resistance level (from x-heavy to x-light) vs. estimated weight equivalents. If you're looking for fixed-length resistance loops, these do the job.

They’re cute bands and some of them seem durable enough, the lighter ones I am a little skeptical on. But, not unhappy with them. Although, I will say the picture for this set of bands (brown to tan ombré) is misleading. This set is definitely a peach pink to brown ombré. But, like I said not unhappy with them. I like those colors! Just not the same as the picture.

These resistance bands are so handy! I’ve been using them for my Pilates and strength sessions at home, and they’ve held up perfectly so far. The material feels durable, smooth, and doesn’t roll or pinch when stretched (huge plus!). Overall it's not bad. The different levels are a nice toch, but after using them for about a week now they're useless. If you wanna feel a good burn you use the highest level for everything pretty much, so there's no real point in having the others. They roll up very easily and makes it hard to manage to do a majority of things and they're thin so I often worry about them breaking. However, they're not entirely useless. It came with a little manual for different things to try out with them which I found very useful and charming. But if you want something that's good quality and made for whatever you wanna do with I'd recommend finding something else. I never tried these kinda things before and I saw mixed reviews and wanted to try it anyway to form my own opinion, so they're not terrible, but not great either. Find something more worth your money unless you don't plan on doing much with them. I'd also like to mention I'm a smaller sized person, not petite, but small. So maybe the level difference is just me as a person and it's different for everyone. But either way, find something different. And remember this is Amazon, not a lot will end up good quality lol

Top elastic! After 1 month of use, and actualy using them post ACL surgery, I have to say they are great! With one leg after surgery you can realy feel the differences between them. So far so good.

Not very durable. Used them for a week and the letters came off as well

These bands have been great for the money paid. The selection is good, I find I tend to use the heavier ones and even layer up multiple bands. Resistance is good and layering up bands increases this if needed. The stretch is good and they don't feel like they're going to break when in use. Come with a handy little black bag so you can put them away tidy and instructions for some basic exercises however you can find so many tutorials online. Overall they're great!
