Just got my feeder and the silicon already stained by carrot after first use. Is this normal?

Yes, the yams, carrots, berry's, and such stained mine as well. They do fade with washes

Can I buy just the tray somewhere? I already have the sticks i dont need more

Yes, I believe they updated it to where you can buy just the sticks, the tray, or a combo.

How many ounces of liquid can each popsicle hold?

I would say about 1.5-2oz each.
