what is the range of voltage regulation that is performed ?

This is a stepdown transformer with built in voltage regulator. Input voltage 0-300v, output voltage 0-150v. I've had mine for about 3 years and I've all my 110v sockets wired to it as a whole home step down transformer/ regulator. I don't plug appliances that are frequency sensitive into the sockets. US operates 110v/60hz, countries that operate 220v utilize 50hz. This step down transformer does not regulate frequency. I learned my lesson when I burned my 110v electric clippers. I'm sure there are way more expensive brands that will step down, regulate both voltage and frequency.

Are the input and output windings electrically isolated?

To be honest, as the seller, I'm not really sure. No one has eve asked that before. Not sure what it means.
