My burn is healing faster than with anything else I've tried
This stuff is pretty amazing. I ordered a TON of stuff to deal with a severe second degree burn I got on my arm from a hot baking pan. The wound got infected and I had to go antibiotics and everything. Nothing was healing the wound and I was having a hard time with that slough material that kept developing (necrotic tissue that forms in the wound bed and has to be debrided for the wound to heal. I tried all kinds of things but found this product healed the wound faster than anything else I tried. It also didn't stick to the wound when I would change out the dressing like most other things I tried. It's a bit messy to work with (it's really saturated), but I will always keep these on hand if I get burned again. It not only sped up the healing but it was extremely cooling and soothing to the wound. If I could only have one thing on hand for burns, this would be it.

Für mich ein Must-have in der Hausapotheke
Burnshield wurde mir ursprünglich von Bekannten empfohlen und seitdem möchte ich es nicht mehr missen. Ich habe es inzwischen immer in der Hausapotheke im Auto und nehme es auch mit in den Urlaub. Bei uns kam es schon mehrfach bei kleineren Verbrennungen zum Einsatz. Besonders in Erinnerung geblieben ist mir, als sich meine Tochter heißes Wasser über die Hand gegossen hatte. Nach dem auflegen empfand sie die Kühlung durch das feuchte Gel als sehr angenehm, die Schmerzen liesen relativ schnell nach, sie hatte keine Blasenbildung und am nächsten Tag war auch die Rötung der Haut verschwunden.. Auch ich selbst habe Burnshield schon bei kleineren Verbrennungen verwendet und finde die kühlende feuchte Wirkung sehr angenehm. Für mich ein Produkt, dass man hoffentlich selten braucht, aber dann sehr froh ist es griffbereit zu haben.
