Easy to Take and No Stomach Upset
This has been a good vitamin C supplement so far. I haven’t had any stomach issues while taking it, which I sometimes worry about with supplements. I usually take it on an empty stomach along with iron since vitamin C helps with iron absorption, and it’s worked well for me. The capsules are easy to take and seem like good quality. Overall it’s a simple, reliable vitamin C supplement and I’ve had a good experience with it.

I recommend this for supporting daily health year-round. It's easy to take with water, but it is tasteless, though I personally don't like that it has no flavour.

Taste, texture and size are tolerable for me.
Taking with iron supplement. Very tolerable. You can remove cotton wool packing if you are not travelling/ shaking the bottle which can damage the tablets. I found these tablets easier to swallow without chewing than the round flat 500 mg formulation. I prefer these tablets.
