I used 1/2 of one ampoule and 2 hours later my hair was falling out everywhere I applied! I want a refund because I literally cannot use this product and I used only 1/2 of one ampoule. It won't allow me to request a refund. I was able to contact the company and they made it right.

Desde mucho tiempo estaba buscando estos productos, mi tia me recomendo comprar esto, apenas lo estoy recibiendo y no lo he usado, pero como le veo el pelo a mi tia me imagino que es bueno, mi madre tambien me había hablado de este producto, te hace creer el pelo bastante fuerte, personas llegada a mi me han dicho lo buenas que son las ampollas y yo compre practicamente la linea porque tengo el pelo gastado y muy debil, dare mi reseña nuevamente despues que los use y vea el cambio de mi cabello..pero segun lo que dicen son muy buenos.
