are these orthotics as seen on TV a scam. ?

Walkfit Platinum orthotics are not a scam. I was diagnosed with plantar faciitis early in the summer, and it would have ruined my life but for two things: 1) rolling a golf ball from the heel to the ball of my foot for an hour per night. That got rid of the problem. 2) Walkfit Platinum orthotics. That has kept the problem away. I had also tried some more expensive inserts ($40/pr) but they were too squishy. They felt nice when trying them on, but weren't firm enough to give adequate support. As a teacher, I am on my feet all day long, and with the solid support of Walkfit, my feet don't get sore.

I wear size 12 what size is good

I wear size 11 shoe and I order 11 - 11 1/2. They are the best things I have ever tried for my feet.

I wear size 9 shoes, but the 9-9.5 inserts press more on the back part of the ball of my feet (towards the front). Should I get the next size down?

I had the same problem. I wear a 12 and the 12 pair hurts the back of the ball of my foot. I should have got the 11 size even though all of my shoes are 12.

does this come with the inserts (low, medium and high)

yes, plus a nubby one that is quite low. I tried the low inserts first but found that the medium was best for me. They take a bit of getting used to but I like them better than my custom made orthotics!
